Help Me Grow is Ohio’s evidenced-based parent support program that encourages early prenatal and well-baby care, as well as parenting education to promote the comprehensive health and development of children. Help Me Grow System includes Central Intake, Help Me Grow Home Visiting and Help me Grow Early Intervention.

WIC is one of the nation’s most successful and cost-effective public health nutrition programs.  We provide wholesome food, nutrition and breastfeeding education and a community of support for income-eligible women who are pregnant or postpartum, infants and children up to five years old.

The Columbiana County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board has been serving the residents of Columbiana County since 1969.  The Board contracts with service agencies to provide treatment and support for persons with mental health and substance abuse problems.  The Board plans, funds, and monitors a comprehensive system of mental health and substance abuse services for both children and adults.

Family Recovery Center is dedicated to providing high quality, cost effective, holistic services addressing chemical addiction, mental health disorders, and other health care needs to promote community wellness. Family Recovery Center is a Project DAWN site. Naloxone kits are distributed the second Wednesday of the month from 6 to 8 p.m. at our Lisbon office, 964 N. Market St., and the third Wednesday of the month from 6 to 8 p.m. at our Steubenville office, 1010 N. Sixth St. Businesses can arrange for on-site training.
