For after hours public health emergencies or to report a class A communicable disease, please call the Salem City Police Department office at 330-337-7811 and the appropriate public health official will be contacted.

Salem City Health District is administering COVID-19 vaccine, specifically Moderna. If another vaccine is received, we will inform you at the time of scheduling.
